Very impressed with the delivery and style of the presentation
Countrywide adviser Will Chiles came to our offices to deliver estate planning training to our newly recruited advisers. Our advisers were very impressed with the delivery and style of the presentation. It was very relaxed and informal and there was plenty of opportunity to raise questions. Our advisers left at the end of the day feeling very confident in being able to explain the estate planning products to their potential clients.

I started working as an associate of Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation recently and I can’t speak highly enough about the company.
From the very start there has always been someone on hand to help me with all aspects of the business whether it be the New Entrants Team, Marketing Team, Admin Team to name but a few. I would like to make a particular mention of the Estate Planning Team, namely Will Chiles and Janet Pollard.

CTTC are always helpful and friendly
I was looking to expand my professional connections and approached a local firm of solicitors who were offering Wills and related facilities through their own consultants. I wished to develop their services, offering an opportunity to specialise in sophisticated and complete solutions using a cost effective system whilst maximising resources and profitability. The legal firm recognised the potential in having a senior Estate Planner assisting them, working under their banner, whilst solving the logistics of the additional work load involved in the production of Wills and Trusts whilst retaining full control of their clients. RE: Course on the software
“When you first made the invitation to me to attend your course in Kenilworth, I was reluctant for a 500 mile round day trip! How wrong I was, and what a mistake it would have been to “not bother” as it certainly abled me, firstly to put a face to the popular names I hear on your Webinar and Software.
You all made us feel very welcome from the outset; I know I have met Clive on a few occasions now he is a regular speaker at our First Complete meetings. (He reminds me so much of my Father in law who was borne and bread not far from you in Dunchurch).
The day started with the summary from Clive as he always does, he explained the top table and all the other departments we will need in the future! Yes! I think your new software is so user friendly, with prompts when we forget to add a section, big graphic words that are easy to read and sections to complete!
I must mention your dep’t teams, they are so helpful and don’t patronise us when we ask a common question, your Financial Sheet answers are always fully explained and clear, please tell them they are all doing a great job! All in all, I can see myself and my business valuing greatly by your help and support!”
