Will Clarity Statement

Fantastic addition to the Countrywide Legacy Software, I’m providing my clients with a Will Clarity Statement each time I do a new instruction.  Better safe than sorry!

Sian offered me a great service
Hi I have just spoken to Sian Stevens (I hope I have that correct). She offered me some really good advice on how trusts work and simplified what I thought was going to be a difficult subject to understand. Of course there is a lot I still do not understand, but I do now feel much more comfortable. Sian offered me a great service, not rushing me and explaining in a way I could understand. Beyond what is normal service

I want to tell you what a great bunch of people you have working for you. The marketing department are helping me with our new website and doing the cartoons etc. Yes, I know they are generating a fee and they should be attentive but I feel they are going beyond what is normal service. I want you to know that I appreciate the work they are doing for me and appreciate that they are going the extra mile to help me rapidly grow my estate planning practice.

Clive Ponder is an exceptional, passionate and knowledgeable educator

I am working with Adrian Duke-Cohan at Dukes Wills and Trusts and before actively getting clients becoming involved on a professional basis, I am first sorting out my affairs and my families estate planning so that I can practice what I am preaching and know what I am doing (more or less).  I  have spoken to Will today who has been absolutely amazing in his advice. Will is genuinely extremely knowledgeable and makes everything very easy to understand. Will has completely eased my mind with any concerns and is a true asset to Countrywide. At the same time I would like to say that the training in the courses I have attended has been incredible. Clive Ponder is an exceptional, passionate and knowledgeable educator.  I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the sessions and could not speak highly enough of Countrywide.  I think that I have driven most of the team mad by now (especially Clive Ponder) with questions but everyone has been nothing short of fantastic: Charlotte,  Andy, Spence, Vicky and Kieron.  Of course Will is the star of this feedback report though.  I have even spoken to the probate team for a client enquiry and they were great.  Carry on with the fantastic work Countrywide and Thank you for your time and help.  You will shortly be receiving my orders.
